We are seeking multiple Residential and Commercial Metal Roof Plumbers to join our client’s team. With several ongoing and upcoming commercial roofing projects across North Brisbane and surrounding areas, this is a great opportunity for both developing and experienced tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, repair flashings, metallic roof and wall claddings and rainwater products such as gutters and downpipes.
* Perform roof inspections and diagnose issues including leaks, flashings, penetrations and fittings
* Read and interpret building plans and specifications for accurate job setup
* Measure, cut and install sheet metal, roofing components and rainwater goods
* Install waterproofing systems, including membranes, ensuring full compliance with standards
* Ensure correct roof fall, drainage and adherence to Australian building codes
* Communicate effectively with builders, site supervisors, clients and team members
* Maintain high-quality workmanship while following company standards and safety protocols
* Fabricate and install metal roofing, rainwater goods and flashings
Requirements
* Minimum 5-year experience in metal roofing (residential or commercial)
* Basic understanding of roofing systems and installation practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* White Card
* Own tools, reliable transport, and driver’s licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
