Responsibilities

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
* Strong knowledge of ATS, recruitment tools, and data analytics
* Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to inform recruitment decisions
* Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop team members
