You will play an integral role within a hard-working, close-knit team and
work collaboratively to achieve exceptional results.
Your key objectives will include:
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions
• Work with the team to collectively reach monthly sales targets
• Assist in coordination and scheduling of projects
• Oversee supervisors delivery on site.
• Compile job information packs, including handover and briefing to supervisors and
operators
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors for delivery of materials and mobilisation of
equipment to site
• Monitor project performance in real-time and provide timely solutions to issues that
may arise on site
• Ensure supervisors & field staff maintain systems and follow policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality, OHS and environmental requirements
• Provide timely support to field staff throughout the duration of projects
• Undertake site inspections as required
• Maintain accurate and timely records using various company systems and processes
• Liaise with clients and customers, with a key focus on maintaining strong business
relationships
Ideally, you will bring or have:
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite
• Possess the drive and determination to learn industry-specific aspects of the role
and upskill as opportunities arise
• Be an excellent communicator & negotiator who thrives in a passionate, close-knit
team environment
• Posses a high attention to detail
• Hold a current Australian Driver Licence
• Be willing to travel for work as required, including possible occasional interstate
travel
• Possess sound time management skills, including the ability to manage
competing interests, work under pressure and deliver within allocated timeframes
• A Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or formal Project Management
qualifications would be advantageous and highly regarded
