You'll actively contribute to the design and user experience of E1 products by participating in design activities such as user research, prototyping, UI design, testing, synthesis and communicating design decisions to cross-functional teams.About YouYou have experience in SaaS organisations working embedded in product engineering teamsYou know which UX tools and processes to deploy against a given problemYou can proactively contribute to elevating design maturity across the organisationYou're keen to collaborate with other designers within the design team to continually improve design consistency and quality across E1 productsYou're able to contribute to the ongoing design and development of our design systemYou have the ability to deep dive into user problems as inspiration to produce compelling solutionsYou're able to easily understand and communicate the connection between design decisions and commercial outcomesYou're able to work end-to-end across Research, UX and UIThe ability to champion our company values matters to us; we care about our team and you'll be joining a group of people who want each other to be happy and successful.
