About the Role
This opportunity sits within a collaborative allied health team, providing psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention to children and adults with mental ill‐health and dual disability, including complex presentations. You will manage a caseload and work closely with psychologists, occupational therapists and other professionals to deliver person‐centred outcomes. Provisional Psychologists will work under AHPRA‐compliant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence‐based psychological assessment and therapy
* Conduct and interpret standardised assessments (within scope)
* Develop case formulations and treatment plans
* Contribute to Positive Behaviour Support plans (under supervision)
* Prepare NDIS reports and funding documentation
* Liaise with GPs, psychiatrists, NDIA and other stakeholders
About You
* Psychologist: General registration with AHPRA
* Provisional Psychologist: Provisional registration and approved pathway
* Strong assessment, reporting and time‐management skills
* Interest or experience in mental health, NDIS and dual disability
* Driver's licence and relevant NDIS checks (or willingness to obtain)
