Being Busby is a centre with heart, and right now, we're in a season where we truly need the love, strength, and guidance of an experienced and passionate leader.
We are looking for a Nominated Supervisor and Centre Leader who is ready to bring warmth, stability, and vision to our service, and who genuinely believes in building something meaningful, not just "running a centre".
Our occupancy is currently lower than we would like, but our focus is firmly on what matters most: quality, connection, and providing children with the best possible start to life.
You will be stepping into a leadership role alongside a family run company that truly cares about children, their education, and creating a centre where families and educators feel supported.
Who we are looking for
This role is for a leader who can confidently and passionately build a strong team culture and support educators to grow in skill and confidence.
We need someone who is experienced in guiding best practice, mentoring educators, and leading a centre where children feel safe, supported, and understood.
Being Busby welcomes children from a range of backgrounds, and we are looking for a leader who is confident supporting educators working with children with additional needs and children impacted by trauma. A calm, trauma‐informed approach and the ability to lead with empathy and clarity will be essential.
You might be the right fit if you
* Have experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Centre Director
* Lead with warmth, accountability, and strong communication
* Can mentor educators to deliver meaningful, high-quality programmes
* Understand inclusion and feel confident supporting additional needs
* Have knowledge of trauma‐informed practice and can guide a team with care
* Want to build belonging for children, families, and educators
Why this role matters
This is an opportunity to lead a centre that needs more than management. It needs leadership that brings people together and builds trust, confidence, and pride across the whole community.
If you are someone who can see potential in a service, inspire a team, and bring a centre back to life through quality, consistency and strong relationships, we would love to hear from you.
