**Overview of role**:
The Manager IT Service, Infrastructure & Security is an important leadership position within our Information & Systems team, responsible for guiding a team of IT professionals across service delivery, cybersecurity operations and IT infrastructure.
**With a strategic focus, you will oversee**:
- IT Service Management, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Infrastructure maintenance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Cybersecurity measures, including threat detection and compliance.
- Delivery of IT projects to enhance our digital capabilities.
As part of this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Coliban Water and external partners to deliver innovative, high-quality technical solutions aligned with our organisational goals.
**What We're Looking For**:
**Qualifications**: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or significant experience in an IT leadership role. Professional certifications (ITIL, CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
**Experience**: 3-5 years of IT leadership, including managing teams across service delivery, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, with at least 7-10 years in technical IT roles. Experience in managing complex technology and cyber incidents.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in IT Service Management and infrastructure.
- Expertise in cybersecurity operations and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership capabilities to mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation.
- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
