The Role Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for the brand's visual footprint across various premium locations in Melbourne. Your day-to-day will involve:
Executing world-class window displays and in-store merchandising. Traveling across Melbourne to maintain brand consistency and excellence. Providing \"on-the-spot\" training to retail partners on product features and brand story.
Collaborating with the wider team to drive sales through impeccable presentation. What's in it for you? Total Package: $69K Base + 12% Superannuation.

Your Toolkit: Experience: Previous VM experience within the premium or luxury sector (watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion is a plus). Technical Curiosity: A genuine interest in learning about complex, technical products.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills - you're as comfortable training a team as you are styling a cabinet. Drive: You are self-motivated, results-driven, and love the freedom of working independently. The Basics: A valid Australian Driver's License is essential.
A VM qualification is highly regarded but not a dealbreaker if you have the runs on the board.
