Head Office provides shared services, support and structure.Who This Role SuitsAn experienced WA Senior Property Manager (5-7+ years) who:Understands the Residential Tenancies Act WA thoroughlyHas supervised or mentored team membersIs commercially aware and comfortable securing new managementsTakes ownership rather than waiting for instructionWants influence, not just workloadEnjoys improving systems and building structureCareer Real Estate executive with relevant qualificationsIf you're currently capable of running a department but not given the authority to do so — this role may suit you.The current rent roll has remained stable for several years.
