Are you a process-driven decision-maker with experience in property or facilities management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoy mentoring teams while improving how things are done? We are seeking a Facilities and Procurement Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing and diverse property portfolio, including aged care, independent living and community hubs. Reporting directly to the Head of Property, this is a pivotal role supporting strategic growth and ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio. You will play a key role in developing the team, identifying capability and process gaps, and driving meaningful improvements across operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all operational activities, including reactive and planned maintenance, OPEX budget management and contractor SLAs. Lead, mentor and develop the team to ensure efficient workflows, strong performance and compliance with KPIs and standards. Act as the primary point of escalation for operational and maintenance issues. Support strategic property initiatives, including a major redevelopment project. Establish and refine departmental processes, SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee invoicing, reporting and compliance obligations. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring contract compliance and monitoring performance. What We're Looking For Strong decision-making skills with the ability to implement processes and turn ideas into action. Proven ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy, multi-site environment. Excellent people skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teams, contractors and stakeholders. Experience in planned maintenance, property operations and FM systems (FM Clarity or similar). A structured, adaptable and process-oriented approach to managing complex operations.
