Program Manager - Digital Transformation
About our role: We are partnering with a NSW Local Government team to deliver a major digital transformation program. The initiative focuses on building modern, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions to improve service delivery and outcomes for the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end technical delivery across enterprise digital programs.
* Oversee architecture, solution design, release management, and data migration.
* Collaborate with project managers on scheduling, resourcing, and risk management.
* Allocate technical work and provide leadership to technical teams.
* Review quality across test cases, code, and deployments.
* Manage IT vendors, partners, and contractors to ensure delivery standards.
* Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and development environments.
Requirements:
* Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Show experience in managing technical teams and projects.
* Hold a degree in Computer Science or related field.
