RISsafety provides an extensive range of product solutions and services to improve the safety of people working at heights and in confined spaces for any structure.
We have extensive experience in designing, manufacturing, installing, and inspecting and recertifying systems that protect workers at height.
About the Role: This role is responsible for overall Project Management of our WA Installation projects.
You will be overseeing, training and developing multiple teams and ensuring effective planning and coordination of project design, fabrication and installation activities.
Your previous experience as a Height Safety Technician will enable you to ensure that projects are delivered on time on budget and in accordance with the project scope of works.
The role of Project Manager is a diverse role and requires an individual who is flexible, able to work under pressure and provide a high-quality service to our clients.

Requirements for the role: 3 years experience installing or overseeing the installation of Height Safety systems.
Must understand system design and compliance requirements.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry Ability to lead teams, mentor, train and set standards of excellence.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
Good technical acumen and the ability to train others.
Excellent communication skills at all levels Good planning and organisational skills A high level of initiative and ability to get the tasks completed.
Duties: Lead and develop your team to meet project completion requirements.
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders regarding project requirements.
Conduct formal planning meetings with key clients.
Preparation and implementation of site-specific safety documentation.
Coordinate with installers & sub-contractors regarding installation and fabrication requirements.
Plan the installation schedule to meet client and budget requirements.
Regularly review contracting procedures.
Coordinate as built drawings for projects.
Planning, coordination and completion of installation activities.
Stock Control.
