This is an entry level position and requires no previous experience in the industry. If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication and problem solving skills, enjoy hands on learning and are passionate about becoming a master tradesperson, then we want you to apply.

As an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter, you will:
* Work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in mechanical fitting.
* Participate in a structured training program that combines on the job learning with formal education.
* Develop skills in maintaining, repairing, and installing mechanical equipment
* Contribute to the smooth operation of Goodman Fielder's facilities, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency
About You:
* Passionate about mechanical fitting and eager to learn
* A Certificate II Pre- Apprenticeship would be highly regarded
* Reliable, hardworking, and committed to excellence
* Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively
* Ready to take on new challenges and grow with the company
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
* Committed to attending and completing TAFE blocks as part of the apprenticeship
Whilst the Apprenticeship is based in West Footscray you may be required to work anywhere in the region to gain the full trade experience during your apprenticeship.
