We have long standing industry knowledge and engagement in the delivery of School Based Traineeships in Certificate II and Certificate III in Supply Chain Logistics. Role
VET Trainer/Assessor - Certificate II and III in Supply Chain Logistics
We require a Trainer to join our RTO to deliver Certificate II and III in Supply Chain Logistics and facilitate training and assessment to students from all walks of life. Our cohort consists of students with mild intellectual and learning disabilities. Our group sizes are small so that you are able to provide a high level of student support and student development. You will be a passionate and engaging Trainer with the skills and knowledge to develop and deliver the qualification in the workplace with classroom facilities.
This program will provide students with the practical skills and knowledge to undertake a broad range of tasks in the Supply Chain Logistics (warehousing) field. It involves a range of tasks involving known routines and procedures and taking some accountability for the quality of work outcomes.

This is a 4 day a week position with the opportunity to grow into a FULLTIME position on-site in Morwell.

Skills and experience
Skills and Experience Required:
VET Trainer, equipped with a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) with industry qualifications within Supply Chain Logistics and Warehousing.
VET experience delivering to School Based Traineeships to students with mild intellectual and learning disabilities or similar community-based experience in disability is preferable.
Certificate II and/or III in Supply Chain Logistics level qualification is preferred but not essential.
Industry experience (within the past 3 years) and demonstrated ongoing involvement.
Engaging communication skills. You are a compassionate Trainer.
