Retail & B2B Sales Representative
Location: Shepparton
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
We're looking for a motivated Retail & B2B Sales Representative to join our team in a hands-on role combining retail sales, business customer support, order processing, and general administration.
What you'll be doing:
* Serve retail customers in-store, by phone, and email
* Support and grow business (B2B) customer relationships
* Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately
* Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
* Assist with general admin and day-to-day store operations
Working Conditions:
* Primarily store-based with external customer visits as required
* Standard retail trading hours, Monday to Friday
* Some manual handling may be required in accordance with WHS guidelines
About you:
* Experience in retail, customer service, or B2B sales
* Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Comfortable using POS/ERP systems and basic office software
* Enjoys working in a small, collaborative team
* Holds a current Australian Drivers Licence
