Marson Industries Australia are a manufacturer of Tarps, Covers & Liners made from a wide range of Industrial Textiles (PVC, PE, PP, Shadecloth & Canvas). Our Company provides a full manufacturing service by converting roll goods into the final product using a wide range of machinery including:
* CNC wide format textile cutting
* Hot Air & Hot Wedge thermoplastic welding
* Industrial Sewing Machines
* Automated Eyelet Machines
* Tarp Winding/Rolling Machines
* RF/HF Plastic Welders
* Roll Slitting Machines
* Pneumatic Presses
This opportunity requires a Factory Worker who is seeking full time / long term employment, who is genuinely fit and healthy and, is experienced within the manufacturing industry. The successful applicant will join a friendly dynamic team which prides themselves on providing quality products for our customers throughout Australia and Overseas. Our company employs a diverse range of workers who all contribute to a positive work environment.
The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of Industrial Textile Fabrication.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manufacturing of Truck Tarps
* Loading rolls of fabric onto CNC machine
* Operation of Tarp welding machines
* General quality checking of goods
* Rolling, Packing and Palletising of finished goods
* Loading jumbo rolls of fabric for unwinding & cutting
* Assist in manufacturing of large Grain Bunker Covers
* General manufacturing duties
Skills and experience
Knowledge of metric measurements is essential
Must speak clear English
Must have driver's licence and own car
Forklift License an advantage
Ability to lift up to 20kg
Physically fit and healthy
Friendly team player
The ability to take direction
Must be motivated and obtain a strong work ethic
