The Job involves end-to-end recruitment, advising leaders on HR practices and employee relations, partnering with managers to deliver workforce strategies, and maintaining HR reporting and metrics. The role is a permanent, site-based position offered on a 9-day fortnight roster with FIFO travel from Darwin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and professional roles
* Provide advice on employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with Australian workplace legislation and IR frameworks
* Partner with managers to deliver workforce strategies aligned with operational goals
* Support performance management, investigations, and case management
* Maintain HR reporting and metrics to support business decisions
* Drive engagement and retention through people-focused initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate should have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline, demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within mining, construction, or heavy industry. They should also have strong understanding of Australian workplace legislation and IR frameworks.
