Business Services Manager Position
We are seeking an accomplished Business Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality services across our premises, business services, and hospitality at our Canberra office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and coaching the Business Services and Hospitality teams to deliver exceptional services and foster a great workplace culture.
* Overseeing services such as documentation management, mail/couriers, reception, premises maintenance, catering, and crisis management.
* Managing tenancy operations including contracts, repairs, and relocations.
* Driving continuous improvement through research, supplier engagement, and technology solutions.
* Managing budgets, expenditure, rosters, and compliance requirements.
* Supporting and leading firm-wide projects, initiatives, and service delivery innovations.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role within a top-tier professional services firm or similar environment.
* Strong people leadership, coaching, and team engagement skills.
* Proven project and contract management expertise.
* Financial management capability with a commercial mindset.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
* Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
* Accreditation in First Aid and/or Fire Warden Training, or willingness to complete (provided by the firm).
