The Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in surgical procedures, values precision and excellence, and is committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive dental care with a strong focus on surgical procedures
* Perform surgical extractions, wisdom teeth removal, and complex treatment planning
* Carry out dental implant placements (preferred)
* Manage complex cases with confidence and sound clinical judgement
* Deliver clear, ethical treatment explanations and obtain informed consent
* Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to infection control standards
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Essential Skills & Experience
* Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 2–3 years clinical experience (more preferred)
* Strong surgical extraction skills
* Confident management of complex cases
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to high clinical standards and patient-centered care
Highly Desirable
* Implant placement experience
* IV or oral sedation experience
* Advanced surgical or postgraduate training
* Interest in long-term growth within the practice

Pay: $101,668.81 – $224,069.93 per year
