The Role
Reporting directly to the executive team, the Sales Manager will play a key role in shaping culture, strategy, and performance across the business.
Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with business growth objectives.
* Leading, mentoring, and empowering sales teams to achieve and exceed individual and office-wide targets.
* Analysing performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing initiatives that enhance productivity and profitability.
* Partnering with senior leadership and office principals to ensure consistency of brand standards and client experience.
* Fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation across all offices within the network.

You are an experienced real estate leader who thrives in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. You bring a combination of strategic insight, commercial acumen, and people leadership.
To succeed, you will demonstrate:
* Proven success in residential sales management, ideally across multiple offices or within a high-performing brand.
* Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and elevate others.
* Strong analytical and operational capability, with an understanding of key performance drivers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
