The Role
Reporting directly to the executive team, the Sales Manager will play a key role in shaping culture, strategy, and performance across the business.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with business growth objectives.
Leading, mentoring, and empowering sales teams to achieve and exceed individual and office-wide targets.
Analysing performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing initiatives that enhance productivity and profitability.
Partnering with senior leadership and office principals to ensure consistency of brand standards and client experience.
Fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation across all offices within the network.
The Candidate
You are an experienced real estate leader who thrives in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. You bring a combination of strategic insight, commercial acumen, and people leadership.
To succeed, you will demonstrate:
Proven success in residential sales management, ideally across multiple offices or within a high-performing brand.
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and elevate others.
Strong analytical and operational capability, with an understanding of key performance drivers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
