Job Description
We are seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our transport systems.
The Security Operations Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing security strategies and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents. This includes working closely with law enforcement, security agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance public safety.
The role involves:
* Developing and Managing Security Plans
* Overseeing Security Services During Major Events
* Fostering Strong Relationships with Law Enforcement
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in a business discipline or equivalent industry experience in managing critical infrastructure resilience or assets of a significant nature;
* Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and resolve complex issues;
* A Current NSW Security Licence Class 1A (or equivalent) to perform duties that require access to secured areas;
