About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a dynamic technical team and drive efficiency, maintain excellence, and help the team evolve alongside advancements in Microsoft 365, automation, and cloud technologies.
* Lead a small service desk team, ensuring timely and effective incident resolution
* Serve as the escalation point for complex Level 2 issues across hardware, software, and networking
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the helpdesk
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing hands-on support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Exchange
* Managing RMM platforms and implementing automation tools using PowerShell and scripting
* Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver proactive, client-centric IT solutions
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Experience in a Level 2.5/3 or Service Desk Lead role within a Managed Services environment
* Technical expertise across M365, Servers, Networking
* Familiarity with RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto)
