National Key Account Manager- Institutional
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Key Account Manager to join our national team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth across hospital and specialty channels, with a strong focus on IVF clinics, fertility specialists, and hospital pharmacy departments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
Submit and maintain public and private tenders
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including fertility specialists, specialists, hospital pharmacists, and procurement teams.
Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, clinical data, and appropriate usage.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in specialty or hospital channels.
IVF or fertility product experience highly desirable.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
