About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will drive impact and innovation as part of our Community Planning & Development (CP&D) Program. You will support strategic planning, governance, and project management, working closely with Traditional Owner groups to maximize community benefits from land use agreement income.

What You Will Bring
Expertise in community engagement and program evaluation is essential for this role. You should have experience in resolving conflicts, making strategic decisions, and building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including communities and government bodies.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Community Development or a related field or an equivalent level of experience in a comparable position.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience working in an Aboriginal and/or international development context, preferably involving capacity building, governance or participatory planning.

Benefits
We offer a competitive package, including:
* A base salary of $98,720 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation.
* District allowance of up to $4,797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2,630 without dependents.
* 5 weeks annual leave, leaving loading, 18 days personal leave;

* An Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $2,961 upon completion of 12 months of service.
