About the Role:
As a Department Manager/Coordinator, you'll take charge of daily operations, ensuring smooth processes, strong team performance, and a seamless shopping experience. You'll be hands‑on in leading your team, managing stock, maintaining merchandising standards, and achieving key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership - Motivate and support a team of 18+ to achieve success
* Customer Experience - Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction
* Stock & Inventory Control - Maintain high-volume stock levels with accuracy
