As a Service Desk and Onsite Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high levels of service support to our customers across a wide range of technologies.
This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to client support tickets, and escalating issues to 3rd level support teams when necessary.
You must have a strong focus on customer service, as well as technical skills including experience with Microsoft Server, Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, Sites/Services, DHCP, File/Print, DFS, Replication, Storage, WSUS, PC installation, monitor installation, software installation, network printer installation, SOE, workstation management, patch management via Kaseya, SCCM, and Intune.
