This senior role is integral to driving operational excellence and ensuring that projects across our portfolio are executed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while maintaining a clear focus on strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, governance standards, and strategic priorities. * Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking. * Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. * Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration and project progression. * Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables. * Evaluate project risks, establish controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational requirements. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine processes, strengthen systems, and enhance organisational capability. * Represent our client in negotiations, external engagements, and stakeholder forums as required. About You * Demonstrated success in delivering high-value, multi-phase projects in a senior or leadership capacity. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. * High-level organisational and analytical capabilities, with a strong focus on effective execution and results. * Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organisational vision into operational plans. * Proficient in project governance, reporting frameworks, and digital project management tools. * Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and guide diverse teams. * Tertiary qualifications in project management, business, construction, or a related field (preferred).
