The People and Culture team is seeking a professional to coordinate our activities across the MidCoast, Mid North Coast and Northern River regions of NSW and SE QLD.

* Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Develop and implement policies and procedures that support our workplace culture
* Provide training and support to staff on HR-related matters
