We are seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Mitchell House, Morwell, Victoria, to provide exemplary nursing care to our residents. Casual shifts are available, with flexibility required across 7 days. The Position: As an Enrolled Nurse (EN) at Respect, you will deliver safe and competent clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents' health and well-being. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Gather comprehensive histories from residents and/or family members to identify care needs through admissions and ongoing assessments. Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery. Complete ACFI assessments and documentation as required, contributing to income maximization. Assist in implementing, contributing to, and evaluating resident care plans under supervision. Administer medications following correct procedures for ordering, storage, and documentation, in line with organisational policies. To be considered for employment with Respect, candidates must meet legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability for aged care work. Essential: Successful completion of a minimum Diploma of Nursing or equivalent. Current registration with AHPRA. Knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Aged Care Standards. Current National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain). Desirable: Knowledge of government standards for aged care delivery. Understanding of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
