We operate 100% remotely in a \'results or nothing\' workplace - if you\'re looking for a comfortable, low-pressure role, this isn\'t it.The RoleAccount Managers are the liaisons between Generate Listings and our real estate agent clients.
They are the primary point of contact -- handling all day-to-day agent interactions, as well as managing campaigns and correcting issues as needed to ensure agent success.
You\'ll manage 50+ real estate agents, serving as their strategic coach and growth partner, helping them transition from referral-dependent businesses to scalable digital lead generation systems that consistently grow their GCI.
You are simultaneously an agency representative, account manager, and most importantly, coach.
We are NOT looking for "yes-people" who do anything agents ask without critically examining whether it\'s actually in their best interest.
We\'re looking for real estate marketing personal trainers.
We need people who feel comfortable saying, "no we won\'t do that, and here\'s why..." to agents with misguided requests, and then coaching them towards the best course of action.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day relationships with 50+ real estate agent clientsCoach agents on lead conversion, CRM usage, and sales processesConduct onboarding, check-ins, renewals, and strategy callsHold agents accountable to lead follow-up commitments & have difficult conversations when neededIdentify upsell opportunities and close renewals through consultative sellingCollect testimonials and generate referralsUse data to diagnose problems and deliver solutionsWhat We\'re Looking For2+ years account management/customer success experience (digital marketing agency preferred)Real estate industry experience highly regardedSales skills - proven ability to close upsells/renewalsNatural rapport building - quickly establish trust with agentsExceptional communication and coaching skillsHigh-volume account management experience (30+ accounts)Positive attitude - see challenges as opportunitiesStrong project management and organisational skillsSelf-starter comfortable with 100% remote workData-driven problem solverBasic knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook/Google Ads)Comfortable having difficult conversations and setting expectationsWhat We OfferBase Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + SuperPerformance bonuses: OTE $100,000-$120,000+100% Remote - work from anywhere in the worldHours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEST core hours (with some flexibility)World-class training and developmentRapid internal promotion opportunitiesHigh-performance culture with significant earning potentialOur #1 Core Value: Extreme Ownership - Taking responsibility for every outcome within your control.To ApplyPlease apply through Seek with your resume highlighting agency/real estate experience and a brief cover letter explaining why you\'re perfect for this role, including examples of client retention/upselling success.
