Through prevention, treatment, research, education, and advocacy, we are committed to helping keep kids safe, heal from trauma and lead happy lives.About the PositionWe are looking to welcome a Practice Quality Consultant to lead and deliver practice quality processes for the Family Support Services at Act for Kids.Act for Kids Intensive Family Support Programs are spread throughout Queensland with programs based in the following locations – Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Maryborough, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Roma and the Gold Coast. It is preferable that the applicant can work from one of these locations, or another Act for Kids office.Full time permanent position commencing July 2025.Level 7 under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $115,066 - $119,872.Key Responsibilities:Embedding a quality improvement framework that will be used in collaboration with program leaders to proactively identify areas of service and practice development in IFS programs.Developing and implementing quality improvement plans and projects that include processes for evaluating, tracking and supporting practice quality and fidelity in IFS programs.Supporting IFS leaders to participate in and embed practice quality processes and to ensure they feel confident and competent to lead their teams in developing a culture of practice excellence.Provide regular reports on quality and fidelity processes, activities and outcomes.The Act for Kids team is a community of shared values.
