Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and oversee project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within approved financial limits, and to the required standards. Design and implement project strategies, processes, and contingency plans in consultation with key stakeholders and team members. Proactively identify, engage, and manage relationships with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure project support and success. Determine project resourcing needs, participate in recruitment when necessary, and oversee daily project activities. Prepare and maintain regular project progress reports for both management and stakeholders. Actively identify and mitigate risks, and effectively resolve project dependencies and conflicts between teams and departments. Contribute to the development of new methodologies to improve project delivery and broader organizational outcomes. Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies, relevant legislation, and industry best practices. This includes providing advice on or contributing to policy amendments when required. To be at the forefront of this opportunity you will have: At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager or at least 5 years of industry experience at a management level. Relevant tertiary education in a business-related discipline. Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases. Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and management. Excellent communication, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Advanced project management and organizational skills. Experience with budgeting, resourcing, and financial management. Knowledge of process re-engineering, business improvement, and change management principles. A Certificate in Project Management is highly regarded.
