Senior administration experience with book keeping and scheduling of staff and customer management. This is a multi skilled role with our preferred person demonstrating experience operating across multiple roles and disciplines to keep the operations measured and consistent.
Minimum 3-5 years of senior administration experience required.
Accounts payable and receivable experience essential.
Xero experience essential to assist the MD with financial records, accounts receivable and general financial management across our group of operations.
Office based with ability to manage part of role remotely.
Australian citizenship required for this position.
