About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our Packing and Filling Line operations. These are full-time, day-shift positions, with full on-the-job training provided to successful applicants.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:36pm
Key Responsibilities
* Set up filling, packing, and labelling equipment safely and efficiently.
* Monitor product quality throughout production and make adjustments as required.
* Troubleshoot and fine-tune equipment to maximise output and minimise downtime.
* Strip down, clean, and reassemble lines within set timeframes to meet production schedules.
* Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and company quality standards.
* Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and batch documentation accurately.
* Complete all required production and quality records.
* Maintain a strong awareness of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements.
* Actively participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
* Physically fit and able to perform manual, repetitive tasks.
* Ability to stand for long periods whilst performing manufacturing and packaging operations.
* Safety-first attitude is essential.
* Previous experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, or beverage manufacturing is highly regarded.
* Successful applicants may be required to complete a company-paid medical assessment.
