Receptionist / Administrator – Thriving Minds Clinic
Thriving Minds Clinic is a growing allied health clinic with a primary focus on Psychology. We are expanding our team and are looking for a warm, professional, and organised Receptionist / Administrator to be the welcoming face of our clinic.

What you'll be doing:
* Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Booking and managing appointments
* Taking payments and following up with clients
* Supporting the team with general admin – printing, scanning, laminating, filing, ordering supplies, maintaining tidy spaces
* Assisting with reports, letters, and forms as needed
* Communicating with a variety of stakeholders
* Being a reliable, friendly first point of contact for our clients and practitioners
