As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a hands-on and dynamic Procurement Manager to lead a team and play a key role in driving our next phase of success.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting involved at every level - from negotiating strategic supply contracts to solving day to day challenges within the business.
You'll oversee all procurement activities, ensuring the best quality, price, and reliability across our supply chain, while building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the procurement team to deliver value, efficiency, and innovation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners.
* Negotiate competitive contracts and manage supplier performance.
* Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
* Take a hands on approach to sourcing products.
* Collaborate closely with our internal team to support our business goals.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and regulatory standards.
About You
* Proven experience (5+ years)in procurement or supply chain, with leadership experience in procurement, FMCG, or a related industry.
* A hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused leader who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
* Strong negotiation and commercial skills with a focus on long-term value.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to manage both detail and big-picture goals.
* Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, or Procurement (preferred).
