About the role:
Meeting the needs and motivations of the customer and providing a tailored level of advice to achieve high level customer service outcomes.
Modify and adapt communication style as required to best suit the needs of the customer.
Identify and communicate possible improvements to service position.
Any other administration duties as required
About you:
You will have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience - ideally within a high-volume call centre
You will have experience in dealing with customers face to face
You will have a passion for providing the highest level of customer service
You will have great written and oral communication skills
You will have intermediate to advanced PC skills
You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time accordingly
