The Opportunity:
In this pivotal support role, you will assist various departments within the business, primarily supporting the Sales & Operations Manager and providing assistance to the sales team. Your responsibilities will include taking orders and ensuring the seamless delivery of products to site. The company is committed to your growth and will encourage you to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities in areas such as scheduling, contracts, or retail management. They will provide you with the necessary training and career development support to achieve your goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, develop, and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal employees
Take orders (emails and phone), check orders, and ensure that customer/client's needs are met
Liaise with builders and trades to coordinate the timely delivery of materials to site
Support internal departments including scheduling, estimating, and accounts teams
General administration/reception and ad hoc duties
