My Client, a Tier 1 Contractor, are looking for a Document Controller in Brighton to start mid February.
The project is £100m residential build consisting of 200 apartments split into 8 blocks, along with some Commercial units too.
The Client have recently moved to Dalux System, however it is not essential for you to have used this previously as they will be provide training. They have said it is very similar to 4Projects.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* System Management
* Workflow Coordination
* Quality and Compliance
* Reporting
* Supporting the rest of the site team
Qualifications
The ideal Candidate will have worked for a Tier 1 Construction Company as a Document Controller previously. Good organisational skills whilst needing meticulous attention to detail. They will also need to be familiar with document management software such as Dalux, 4Projects, Microsoft Word/Excel, and will have good communication and problem solving skills.
The working hours are 9am - 5pm, however the Client are flexible as to how these hours are worked.
