Job Title: Facilities Program Manager
Join a collaborative team as a facilities program manager to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of complex portfolio asset and facility management programs.
This role is accountable for developing strategic asset management plans, managing site facilities work programs and projects, regular maintenance, analysis and reporting of asset data information to influence forward planning programs and budgets.
The position requires expertise in facilities management and strategic asset management for a statewide asset portfolio. It involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality condition for regional housing portfolio.
The facilities management unit oversees facility and property management across the statewide asset portfolio and manages delivery of facility services to ensure that buildings and their services meet the needs through functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency.
To achieve this, members adopt a problem solving, responsive and informative approach.
Requirements:
* A current Australian work eligibility status is required.
* Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
* Participation in SAPOL's iEngage program is expected.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary package ASO6 - $98,478 -$104,165 per annum.
