Clinical Education Business Partner
About the Role:
The Clinical Education Business Partner will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Quality and Risk to design and implement learning and organisational development programs that maximise individual and team capability.
Key responsibilities include undertaking annual organisational training needs analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to identify clinical learning needs, and developing learning & development programs in response to changing needs.
This role requires a growth mindset and the ability to facilitate a safe learning culture.
* Tertiary qualifications in nursing, education or organisational development are essential for this position.
* Experience in developing and implementing best practice clinical learning and development programs is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated consulting and relationship management skills are also required.
