About the Role

This is a part‐time (0.6) fixed term position for a Senior Mental Health Clinician to work alongside a Team Coordinator and Grade 2 clinicians in the Brimbank Melton Children's Local. You will be responsible for assisting the Team Coordinator with service development and supporting a multi‐disciplinary team to provide excellence care to infants and children aged 0‐11 years. You will provide leadership through modelling a high standard of professional and interpersonal skills, attitudes and behaviours.

What you'll achieve

* Purposeful and specialist engagement with infants and children and their families in high quality recovery‐focused care through assessment and intervention.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to maximise service coordination and collaboration.
* High quality clinical supervision to other mental health clinicians and students.

Your skills and experience

* Tertiary Qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* Significant clinical experience in a tertiary mental health setting, preferably working with infants and children aged 0‐11 years and their families.
* Experience in providing quality clinical/professional supervision to staff and students.

Other requirements

* Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain.
* Valid Working with Children Check.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain.
* Compliance with RCHs "Staff Immunisation – Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases" procedure.
