About the Role:
We are excited to offer
2x full time permanent Warehouse Store person position
within our Incoming team at our Smithfield Distribution Centre.
Available shifts:
Morning shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00 pm
Afternoon shifts: Monday to Thursday from 2:24pm to 10:30pm and Friday 11:54am to 8:00pm.
The primary role of the
Store person
is to undertake:
Picking and packing of goods
Safe handling of stock and use of RF Scanner Technology
General warehousing duties
Comply with ALL company policies, guidelines, directions & QA practices
Repetitive movements and some heavy lifting
About you, skills and experience
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, communicate efficiently and work well within a team.
We are looking for Storepersons who have:
A good understanding of ERP-type processes.
Ability to work within a rapidly changing and diverse environment.
Manual handling experience with the ability to lift up to ***** kgs.
Forklift Licence (not required but is desirable).
