Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in our Housekeeping department, keeping rooms super clean and paying attention to every tiny detail. You will collaborate within the team and assist guests to ensure a wonderful stay and memorable hospitality experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression
- Work within established guidelines to achieve the impeccable standards we uphold
- Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well equipped
- Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure setting
- Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort
- Report maintenance issues promptly to support a flawless guest experience
Skills And Experience
- Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
- Warm and welcoming communication style with guests and team members
- Eye for detail, efficient time management, and pride in completing tasks
- Comfort with a physical role; may involve navigating between rooms via stairs and open pathways
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
