**About the role

Provide assistance to Pharmacy Management by undertaking a range of financial and Human Resource functions including those activities associated with the financial management arising from statutory requirements, financial analysis, budget reporting, accrual accounting processes and general ledger activities.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Provide and maintain a confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative support service to the Pharmacy Department Director and Assistant Directors.

Undertake quality improvement initiatives, projects including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, guidelines and prepare materials and conduct training to facilitate effective administrative functions and document management processes.

Develop and maintain appropriate procedures, guidelines and systems to facilitate Redcliffe Hospital Pharmacy Department's effective administrative, financial, reporting, and statutory requirements including adherence to Queensland Health's Financial Management Practice Manual and associated procurement practices.

Responsible for activity-based information and responding to requests for information by appropriately gathering and sourcing information for analysis, completing analysis (including variance analysis), providing technical advice and producing reports.
