Your part in The Wesley Hospital
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Medical MB1, including staffing and clinical service delivery.
You will apply your clinical and leadership skills to ensure the exceptional delivery of patient-centred care, working collaboratively with your team to achieve departmental, hospital and organisational-wide goals and foster a values-driven, safe environment.
Reporting to Assistant Director of Nursing (Medical Services) as the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the operational leadership and development of our ward MB1 team, applying your operational knowledge, leadership capability and communication skills to effectively lead your team to success.
What makes a difference for us?
* Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registration
* Recent experience in relevant speciality
* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within a multidisciplinary team, patients and other stakeholders
