Job Title: Foreperson (Fertiliser Plant)
We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the production at our state-of-the-art fertiliser facility. This innovative plant uses environmentally friendly products for Australian farms.
Responsibilities
* Maintain operational efficiency and sustainability by ensuring adequate staff levels.
* Manage production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers to meet shift goals.
* Oversee shift scheduling, rotations, breaks, and overtime.
* Undertake quality control and measure key performance indicators.
* Promote continuous improvement in production standards and procedures.
Ideal candidate:
Key Qualifications
* Production/manufacturing experience.
* Skills in modern process methodologies (materials handling, food safety, quality assurance, HACCP protocols).
* Proven leadership and communication skills.
* Demonstrated computer literacy.
* Advanced organisational skills.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with constant development opportunities offered.
