About This Role
Your new role:
This role coordinates and manages the administrative and operational activities of the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme service area to ensure efficient and equitable delivery of services.
* Coordinate administrative operations and manage human, financial and physical resources to support effective service delivery.
* Monitor service performance, prepare reports and analyse data to support informed decision‐making.
* Oversee procurement processes, invoice reconciliation and financial administration in line with governance requirements.
* Contribute to policy development, continuous improvement initiatives and represent the unit in internal and external forums.
About You
You are an organised and collaborative professional who can manage operational priorities while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships with clients, staff and external partners.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and report on administrative, financial and resource activities in a complex environment.
* Well‐developed data and systems skills, including the ability to interpret and communicate statistical information.
* Commitment to delivering high‐quality client outcomes while supporting safe, equitable and inclusive workplace practices.
