We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team in Rutherford. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be required to develop existing and new accounts, providing solutions, and creating proposals for suppliers/ clients related to technical and standard products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to meet customer requirements.
* Proactively identify sales opportunities.
* Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in a technical sales role or similar industry.
* A valid driver's license is essential.
* Strong technical knowledge of Fluid Power / industrial engineering services is highly advantageous.
* Willingness to travel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
* Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
