What you will be doing:Delivering high quality day to day HR advice and support to principals and management team on workplace and employee relations processes across the organisation.Maintaining, developing, documenting, and overseeing all HR requirements to maintain compliance requirements for the firm.Handling talent attraction, retention and development including end-to-end recruitment, contracts, and onboarding.Elevating performance, culture, engagement and purpose through charted career paths and professional development across the firm.Continuous improvement and audit of HR policies, systems and procedures as required, including interpreting and implementing legislation and Award changes.Managing the small administration team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or relevant field.7-10 years plus proven track record in a similar generalist HR management role.Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to negotiate and influence.Industrial relations and health, safety & wellbeing knowledge & expertise.Ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.
